This KEX project is a traditional double shot-gun that we kept in the original two unit configuration. We only used sustainable or reclaimed wood in the entire renovation — opting for reclaimed wood for all the trim and counter tops and sustainable new growth pine for the floors in the owner's unit.

After years of being boarded up, the facade was restored and in true NOLA fashion she got a new coat of pink paint.
